  3. Ship Item: Send the package to the address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Inspection and Refund

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges
